Ingredients

fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

granulated sugar

freshly squeezed lemon juice

water

teaspoon
lemon zest

Instructions
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and sugar. Blend on high until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
Add half of the blended strawberry mixture to the lemonade mix and stir until combined.
Carefully pour the lemonade-strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
Next, add the remaining strawberry puree into each mold, using a skewer to gently swirl it into the lemonade mixture for a marbled effect.
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
Serve the popsicles on a colorful platter, garnished with fresh strawberry halves and lemon slices for a vibrant look. Enjoy on a hot day!
