Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, eggs, melted butter, sea salt, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Pour the honey mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
Place the pie in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Optionally sweeten with a touch of honey.
Once the pie is chilled, slice it and serve each piece topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of sea salt. Garnish with fresh lavender or edible flowers if using.
Notes
Chill the pie for at least 2 hours for best flavor.
