Instructions
In a blender, add the diced mango and sliced peaches.
Pour in the coconut milk and Greek yogurt to the blender.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the honey or agave syrup.
Add the ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing chill.
Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy; this should take about 1-2 minutes.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey if desired, then blend again.
Once satisfied with the texture and flavor, pour the smoothie into chilled glasses.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint on top for an elevated presentation.
