Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rinsed chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and olives.
Gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the large bowl.
Toss everything together gently to ensure all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
