Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the lemon-garlic mixture.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
