In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and Hawaiian BBQ sauce. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing the red bell pepper and dicing the pineapple. In another bowl, mix the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, shredded carrots, and red cabbage. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about ½ cup of the BBQ chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
Top the chicken with a generous amount of the mixed vegetables, a few slices of avocado, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling.
For extra flavor, you can grill the wraps on a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly crispy and heated through.
Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with lime wedges for an extra zing.
Notes
Grilling the wraps adds extra flavor and crispiness.
