1tablespoonfresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
1teaspoondried rosemary
1teaspoononion powder
to tastesalt and pepper
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonlemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan; you may need to do this in batches. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned but not overcooked. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and let it melt. Then add the minced garlic, rosemary, and chopped parsley, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant but not burnt.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter to coat evenly. If desired, drizzle lemon juice over the steak for a bright finish. Cook for an additional minute.
Transfer the garlic butter steak bites to a serving platter.
Notes
Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve with toothpicks for easy snacking or alongside a fresh salad for a full meal.
