Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with olive oil and red chili flakes. Set aside.
Place the naan bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over each naan.
Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Scatter the sliced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top of the cheese.
Drizzle the chili garlic oil over the vegetables and cheese, ensuring it covers the pizzas evenly.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh cilantro or basil.
Slice and serve immediately for the best taste.
