Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 1/3 cup of BBQ sauce. Mix well until the chicken is thoroughly coated and set aside.
In a large salad bowl, layer the mixed greens evenly across the bottom.
Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, corn, sliced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese over the greens.
Spoon the BBQ chicken mixture on top of the salad.
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the entire salad. You can add more or less according to your preference.
Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients without breaking up the chicken too much.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For serving, top with crispy tortilla strips for added crunch and an extra drizzle of BBQ sauce if desired.

Feel free to adjust the amount of BBQ sauce and ranch dressing to your taste.
