  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in size, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, add the teriyaki sauce to a saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  • Once the meatballs are done baking, carefully transfer them to the saucepan with teriyaki sauce and coat them evenly. Let them simmer for an additional 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • To serve, place the teriyaki-coated meatballs on a platter and garnish with fresh pineapple chunks and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes

Serve the meatballs on a large platter arranged neatly with pineapple chunks scattered around. Drizzle some extra teriyaki sauce over the top and sprinkle with additional sesame seeds for a festive look.
